When we arrived we were given a waiter who didn't bring our drinks for 15 minutes; made us sit at a disgusting table with food everywhere and was rude, just as we were about to leave William came and asked if everything was alright. We told him how rude the waiter was and how long he took. William immediately got our drinks; an ice bucket for our flowers and took our food order within 10 minutes and he did it with a smile. Even though we had bad service in the beginning we left with a smile thanks to William! We did tell the manager on duty but everyone should know about William at Lifestyle Garden Center.
