AGAIN DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM IMPAK

I have been waiting patiently for my son's report, as have the other parents who's children go to TED and CHANTAL in Edenvale, was told that they were delayed as their marks were only submitted on the 15th of January so it was the study centre's fault. Was sent his report via e-mail on Friday, with NO ATTACHMENTS. I have called approx 12 times since Friday held on, cause the switchboard is clearly blocked up due to complaints, in total between the 12 calls for 132 minutes. Yes I've done the calculation as this is standard practice. I hve sent 10 emails some to Jeanine and some to [Email Removed] and guess what NO REPLY AS USUAL. My son is meanwhile sitting at home. I want HIS REPORT SO I CAN REGISTER HIM!!! Do not send your children to IMPAK - PLEASE READ ALL THE COMMENTS ABOUT SHOCKING SERVICE ON THIS SITE!!!
