I registered for 4 modules and I have been trying to make payments. But due to the remark fees I needed to know how much I need to pay as I cannot access my Unisa. When I finally get hold of accounts department Siphiwe Majola couldn't assist but find it very amusing that I couldn't be able to access my unisa and to find out how much was my outstanding balance!
You all forget that we paying your salaries and thereof we deserve a better service. If you don't like your job anymore then quit!
Unisa is gabling with our careers.
