It is an absolute b*ll to gloat about being 'Proud recipient of the Academic Bookseller of the year award' when your service is stinking pathetic.
I have been trying to get hold of Van Schaik Hatfield branch and no response. It does not matter whether one calls or send an email, there is just no response.
Mr Refilwe Ntseku's service is just pathetic. I need books that, by the way, my company has paid for.
