Refusal to refund my money and bad attitude from M

I am very sad to see such a beautiful institution to go down all in the name of merger, unskilled staff, selfish human being who treat students like they don't care. I went to get readmission for the course I did years back and they declined which I totally understood but the then registered for Economic Management Analysis, and when I was at the campus the lady told me no its fine I must register for one subject of this course then we can get the HOD to change it to the course I applied for as I had already had credits for that course. I then paid to ensure that I do not miss the deadline. But unfortunately couldn't I then went to UNISA to register and needed to pay the amount. And TUT told me they will need my bank statement to pay my money back after I travelled 106 km to get this sorted out. Now I paid them cash and this happens to be my money that I want back, and I am told its going to take days and I must then go back this is really bad. I do not use cards, I do not even have a bank account so what statement can they get? And why is a hustle to get money that I paid! This institution was so good when it was still Pretoria Technikon. you spend a day just for something small.
