I fail to understand why such a highly rated institution fails to handle basic issues such as registrations and refunds. i am a Namibian, qualified teacher back home. I applied for ACE and was asked to pay Registration fee. after i paid i was sent from pillar to post because my registration confirmation wasn't forthcoming. later on I was told my qualification isn't recognized, how was i lat pay registration fee in the first place. i have been seeking for a refund since January because i want to register with The university of north west that recognizes my Teachers'diploma. i cant get a number to phone finance directly, all the other people iam getting in the process are pathetic. this is the worst university to deal with, no wonder their ratings keep falling. I would never recommend to anyone to register with unisa. you guys are pathetic, you are worse than a rural primary school. i want my R15000 back
