UNISA does not look well after their students

I had to register for my 2013 modules. I did so in Dec 2012. The amount that i needed to pay was R2600. I could'nt pay the full amount at once, so i paid it in small amounts over Dec, Jan and Feb.

Unisa failed to send me ANY letters, emails or sms to state that i had to pay before 1 Feb.

At Daveyton they said i had to pay before 1 Feb, but Unisa gave students that paid late till 8 Feb. He then told me that if i paid between 1-8 Feb i had to re-register my modules. I was never informed that i had to do this.

The last payment that i made was on 8 Feb, i was not informed of any dates and my registration was cancelled. After 4 hours on the phone begging for them to help me i wasted my breath and my airtime.

After putting me through almost all of the faculties, and speaking with almost everyone, one of the ladies that i spoke with (on the staff) told me that they were still registering people on Friday 15 Feb that never even applied for registration.

Now my question is how is it possible that Unisa could register these people for the first time but could not help me when they had all my modules that i registered for in Dec?? But due to late payment my registration was cancelled.
