This message serves to inform that we are highly dissapointed with the service that we received when we took our children for registration. We were told that we should come through on certain, and this message was relayed by a Security that was sent out to the people on the streets, this surely cannot be the work ethics. As we travelled very far to register and not to be retirned!
The gates opened at 10:30am, which institution opensd their gates at 10:30am when there is an infulx of people waiying to register? Then they sent through a Security guard to inform us that no, unfortunately students must register their courses based on dates, no dates were even given. In 2013 we were told to come through on 06 January to register, only for a No SHOW!! IS THIS THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN PRETORIA??? WE HAVE LAZY PEOPLE HIRED JUST TO SIT IN THEIR OFFICES AND SENT OUT REGRETS??? WE MISSED WORK, AND USED MONEY WE DONT HAVE JUST TO BE TOLD, SORRY NOT TODAY. I am disappointed with the Campus Manager for failing to adminster proper arrangements.
