Rustenburg branch incompetent

Due to my results in 2012 I had been told that I would qualify for a merit bursary. I have been trying to register since September 2013. Each time I was told to come back another time. Eventually when Unisa opened in January, after waiting for 4 hours, it took 5 minutes to sort out my problem. Now in regards to finance again I've been sent backwards and forwards. Each time waiting in long queues. Administration staff are either incompetent or to lazy to do there work. When I complained, Mr Modise said it has nothing to do with him. Johny helped someone else, who came after me, yet he told me to queue (again). When I complained his exscuse was I misunderstood him. While there I witnessed another student being told to come back again. Why can they not sort out a problem there and then, instead of telling people to come back. Rustenburg previously gave me wrong information. Trying to report the problem to Pretoria is a dead end street. Emails and sms's go unanswered. And no-one answers telephones. Is there anyone at UNISA who is willing to take responsibility and do something about this useless branch!!!
