I settled my account 3 months ago but made a mistake on the reference number so payment went missing.
after trying to get them to fix the problem they still deducted payments.
this morning i tried getting hold of someone to assist but 7 consultants asked me to hold and then transferred me to another person... 15min i lost it and hung up... what bad service.
so basically Damelin owes me money now.
