I would like to lodge a serious complaint against Unisa's incompetent staff. I have received no responses from Unisa,
after sending several emails to [Email Removed] regarding my Confirmation of Completion last year. I decided to go to the campus in Walker street last year August to
go an find out. I was informed that I completed all my compulsory modules, but was short of 2 modules. I was shocked and asked her what should I so to solve the matter. The lady (Faculty of economic and Management Sciences) gave me a printout of subjects and she said choose only 2. I said I will take Commercial Law 1 and 2. She informed me that the registrations already closed and told me that they will make an exception for me. She told me to go an pay the R1000 and come back to her. I felt inconvenienced and misled at that time, because I studied through a bursary at my work and was under the impression that my studies was completed and did not apply for a bursary that time. I completed it successfully.
After enquiring about graduation details, I was informed that I have have to do another 2 more modules. How can it be that they constantly feed me with the incorrect information.
