I had applied for both tuition and residence at your institution. I have been accepted to study however
I have not been contacted regarding residence. Upon many attempts to contact them via telephone and e-mail my plight has not been heard. Finally speaking to a male consultant he told me that I had not paid a accommodation application fee of R95.00 a fee which was not made known to me nor a supposed questionnaire that was suppose to be accompanied by it. I was told because I applied online I was not the only one faced with this problem. I called again later and another male consultant told me they worked on a peculiar point system and that I am 3 points out from receiving notification and casually suggested that I look for private accommodation. I applied for NSFAS I and I am from the Eastern Cape, so I am not within my means to look for such accommodation financially or any other way. I am stranded and I won't be able to study because no one is communicating with me. Hello Peter is the last platform I want to use but believe me I am at my wits end. I'm told to be patient while lectures start soon. It is utterly disappointing yet I mean no row with the admin nor the institution.
