Hello Damelin. I am still waiting for my refund. I have laid so many complaints, sent so many emails and made so many phone calls. Damelin debited money from my account while they did not have permission to do so anymore and had promised that no more money would be taken. Why has my refund not been paid out and why have i had no response to my emails looking for answers? My case with your regulator is reaching it's deadline. Thereafter, Damelin will be fined as they are not following protocol. I want an answer to my questions and i want my refund. You have wronged me and i will not be silent until you fix your mistake.
