After my last complaint Damelin said that a consultant was dealing with my query and gave me a call to tell me what I was already told by Mail that I would not get my money now and that I need to wait. I then called for a whole day trying to get hold of Manager Sharon Edwards who I finally got hold of at about 4pm and I was told that she was going to try her best to sort it out ASAP and that she would call me by 10am on Friday morning. After receiving no call on Friday I decided to call her myself but out of the 20 calls 12 said she was in a meeting, 7 said she was busy on the phone and the last one said she had left early for the day. This is completely unprofessional. Damelin is a shocking education institution and so unorganised. Very Dissapointing!! Cannot believe that such a simple query is taking almost 8 months to resolve!!!
