Extreme case of bad service

In January I got hold of Damelin Correspondence as I was interested in completing my Matric 14 yrs after leaving school. I was sent the relevant forms and subsequently filled everything in. On handing in the forms the money, in full, was swiftly taken from my account. The forms did say that it may take a while to receive course work so I only worried after a month of not receiving anything. On asking again how things were looking, another full amount payment was deducted. I tried getting hold of someone else at Damelin but they do not have me on their system and instead of digging in a bit deeper they have decided to pass the buck. I have given them the dates as to when they deducted both amounts of money but I still have not heard when I shall be receiving my money. The original person I dealt with has given me more forms to fill in which it would seem needed to be filled in right from the beginning, but she did not give them to me when she should have. Is this the way a big business should run? Take your money before you are even registered and then taking more?
