I enrolled with Damelin Correspondence College part time for a Bus Man Diploma.
I then decided to cancel the course because they kept deducting my money but they never delivered their service, study material. There was just never support for me as a student. No correspondence regarding my studie.
To my surprise I find out Damelin has blacklisted me. How because I wrote to them and I cancelled the course?
Well I don't have an answer up until today. Since March 2013 I've asked them to remove my name from the ITC, but guess what?
I still show as being on arrears. I can't apply for credit anywhere because I have a bad name.
If you call them you hold for 10 to 30 minutes whilst they try to assist you yet they fail. Consultants are always changing.
Nobody at Damelin knows what's happening. Oh not to forget their famous. Our lines are down when you just want a letter confirming that they working on your case.
All I need is for my name to be removed at the ITC but they failing to do this.
Now what this? The "leading part time institution is good with blacklisting students and failing to deliver study material on time"
How do I go about solving this issue?
