I registered for my first semester in Decemeber 2012 already and by mistake i selected 2nd semester instead of 1st. When I picked up the error I immediately made contact with Unisa to inform them. On the 18th of Jan 2013 a lady from Unisa called me and this error was then rectified. I then also registered another module making it 4 modules. On the 31st on Jan2013 of my modules were moved back to the 2nd semester without me requesting it. Since then I have been struggling for them to correct this but to no avail. I have paid my deposit on the 5th of Jan already. Now I am told that they are unable to correct this, meaning I will only be able to do 1 module this semester. I have sent numerous emails and sms's but this did not help at all.
This is the worst service experience I have ever had in my life!!!
