Intec is Useless

I enrolled with Intec in 2008 for a 18 month course in marketing management, As I no longer wanted to study it I let them deduct the rest of the money of my account until the 18 month period was over that was supposed to be in November 2010. now after 4 years (almost) after I struggled to buy a car I see on my credit report that I owe them 1368.? now they have handed me over and stuff. they say that they struggled to get hold of me which I say is ridiculous because my cell phone number haven't changed since I enrolled with them. I take this as highly unacceptable. useless and very unprofessional
