LOST DOCUMENTS UNABLE TO REGISTER

Hi good day,

Firstly I am very dissapointed with the service I have recieved from the UNISA DURBAN branch. last year 2013 i had applied for re-admission to the university for a B.Tech Mechancial Engineering degree.

Having completed my N.DIP Mech Eng at DUT, i submitted my documents into enquiries, where i stood for 3 hours and told i would be notified of my acceptance.

4months later in January 2014, I have tried to register online and it wasnt givintg me the choice to, so i went to the unisa branch having un efficent signage and lack of interest in the staff sood in the wrong line for 3 hours only to be told to stand in another line for another 3 hours, eventually getting to a VERY rude and unhelpful staff member who had no interest in my situation but to tell me there is nothing she could do, leaving me devastated and in tears even tho i had all my documentations with me.
due to poor staff and lack of any management, my life and my career is now being put on hold for another year.. I really dont think that this is fair seeing as that i did everything right and hand in my relevant documents,
