I've tried for about two weeks now to register online with Unisa and all I receive is an Error page saying either documents or payment is/are outstanding, I know for a fact my payments have been made and all my documents have been sent through due to the help of Varsity College. I have sent about 6 emails and various SMS's asking what the problem is so I can fix it immediately but alas I have recieved no reply, registration closes at the end of the week and if I am not registered due to your incompetence I will drag the issue on! because my future will not be jeopardized due to your lack of help.
