I am a student at Damelin Benoni City. I phoned the campus for my result, they told me they can't give it over the phone and that I should come and colllect it because I need to sign for it. I phoned twice to confirm if I can collect it on Saturday as I am working during the week. They told me its fine, I just need to be there before 12:00. After travelling 50km to get there they told me there is no one to assits me and that I should speak to a manager altough not one of them was there. I phoned the Education Manager - Premi Govendor. She just told me there is nothing she can do about it because she can't issue results. Funny how the Education Manager doesn't have the authoriy to make decisions and issue result. With bad attitudes like this they might as well close the campus down. They can't even plan, the give all the people that does have authority off on the same day. This is unacceptable.
