I herewith would like to make it known to all that Damelin Randburg is fantastically, pathetically useless when it comes to assisting a potential student on finding out the necessary information about furthering ones studies, and that with a Damelin course.
My request was simple... I have a diploma (obtained through Dameline Westrand), now I want to further my studies at Randburg. All I needed to know is what course should I do, which modules I will be credited, how these modules are offered and the costs associated.
My first email/phone call was made on 03/04/13 in which I wanted to get the process started. Towards the middle of May, I have gotten nowhere, and I sent an email Demanding to be contacted by the Campus PRINCIPAL as I am not getting results otherwise. I subsequently received a mail from the Sales Manager requesting my contact details (again). I sent Papa (Sales Manager) my direct office number on the 22nd of May.
And you guessed it, I still have not received feedback. I bet they are very quick to take fees from you, just don't want to deal with anything else!!!
I will be taking my money elsewhere!
