I am a serial UNISA complainer and so I figure it is important to also give compliments where they are due.
I am very impressed with the remark department, I have been sending email to them and they have responded very quickly, to be exact a less than 48hour turn-around time. Bravo!!
Another department which deserves a compliment is the ombudsman office. I was erroneously given wrong information by a lecturer and the ombudsman's office, although they didn't give me feedback or keep me updated, managed to reinstate my module at no extra cost to me, like I had initially been told. Well done to you.
If UNISA continues in this path, I have no doubt that they will no longer have to hide from hellopeter and might even bring back the call centre because the good will finally outweigh the bad
