No reponse from remark department for over a month

I contacted the remark department over a month ago I've sent numerous emails, as we all know they closed there call centre. After sending around 10 emails I contacted the unisa ombudsman which says the matter is being looked into that was last week. I explained on my emails I am simply looking for the banking details to pay for the remark, sending it is clearly too hard work
