Unisa responded immediately to complaint, but no action has been taken. My son is still not registered for the compulsory "year" module. At this rate he will have missed assignment deadlines by the time Unisa gets their act together and registers him. Obviously the registration department is either incompetent or just don't care about "urgent" queries (as per the response from Unisa last week - an urgent request sent to Unisa registrations).
