I unfortunately will never study at UNISA again once I get my Honours and will not recommend it to anyone either. I wrote a supplementary exam in November 2012 and applied for a remark in December roughly about the 16th after results were released. Unisa decided to remark the November 2012 exam. I was forced to pay the R300, else I could not register for 2013. I complained by means of an email to the remark department and got not response. I then also applied for my script in January 2013, by means of email and fax and paid the required R50 in February, but have to date not received it. Why would I ask for a remark of the exam after I got the result of my supplementary??? I have sent numerous emails, tried calling but you are kept on hold for longer than 5 minutes which rediculous. I have even emailed the lecturer but this is not his responsibility, so he sent me away. Besides the above issue, I sometimes do not receive my tutorial letters in time for the test or not at all, or sometimes even after that test is already written. On the 28th May I received 3 different tuts for a test I'm writing on the 8th June. How does that help me??? I have also contacted the ombudsman but no luck
