i had an outstanding balance of R250.00 with Damelin Correspondence before i could be issued with my certificate. i made the said payment on the 14122013 and faxed proof of payment. Thereafter i have recieved several phone calls claiming to have not received my payment nor proof from lady by the name of Natasha. this was over festive season and i was on vacation hence couldnt refax, but advised her of date money paid and ref used.she said she would call me back if she does not pick it up. i did not receive any call from her therefor surmised it was sorted. To my surprise end of Dec i receive another call from Bukhosi for me to fax again, i did so and HE CALLED ME BACK to confirm receipt of the document and said it would take 6-8weeks for me to get the certificate. Now today i get a very annoying phone call from Natasha again requesting me to fax... i am aggravated and highly displeased with all that is happening and want it sorted as in yesterday. someone there is not doing their job now i am being inconvenienced and harassed. and to push my buttons even more, after being told it would take 6-8weeks for the certificate, Natasha tells me it will take 9months!!!
