I would like some assistance from hello peter because I am not getting anywhere with Damelin (Sihle Dlamini). I did a journalism and media studies course through them last year and was suppose to receive feedback from them regarding my certificate March of this year already. I keep on inquiring about it and they keep on telling me that someone will get back to me. My assignments was sent on time but until today I have no idea what my marks are for those assignments. I have prove of all the emails that I've sent and I have made so many phone calls aswell. I think this is very unprofessional and I want this matter to be resolved with urgency. I have paid them R8000.00 in full I don't owe them money and I have prove of the monies that went off my account. So they received their money and now they are not bothered with me anymore. This is wrong. I would like to take this matter futher because they can not treat people this way. I want to know whether I passed my assignments and am I getting my certificate. My student number with them is 408997. Sihle Dlamini is at their Braamfontein Branch and was suppose to assist me but she's of no help.
