I have been trying to call Unisa since the 6th of January to try and change my semester for my study units. I had to drive to the Sunny side campus to sort this out. After standing in a que for more than 3 hours. They only had 4 counters open during this registration period. Now my study units are in the wrong language. I'm also working so I can't just drive there everyday so I tried to call them - NO ANSWER!!! LINE BUSY, permanently. I don't know why they have telephone number on the website because the people sitting at the phones do not pick up. VERY BAD SERVICE
