I wrote my exams for my senior certificate end of 2010. Since then I've called, called and called. Damelin transfers me from one consultant to the next until the phone conveniently just ends up being put down. I've phoned their Kimberly branch, Bloemfontein branch and their national call center. I've emailed countless times as well with no response.
I give my student number, ID number and am simply told to stay on hold until the call is dropped, every single time. Needless to say I'm tired of this incompetence. I need my certificate!
I went to the local UNISA branch and they told me 100's of people are having this problem with Damelin, I am not the only one.
I still have not received my certificate or even feedback regarding the matter. I'm sorry but I didn't pay R20 000 study fees to Damelin for nothing. They have to give me my certificate or my money back. This has to stop!!!
