Damelin has given me nothing bad really pathetic service!!
I wrote my matric in 2010 and till today have not received my certificate. I receive a sms saying my certificate was returned to Damelin a few years ago, and then when I called in to find out where it is, they told me they have no record of me writing the exams.
It has been backwards and forwards, and I have been trying to find answers since then. I have sent numerous emails, tried to call them BUT TO NO AVAIL!!!
Despite the poor service, I enrolled for a Diploma with Damelin. I completed my course in 2011. Only to have this whole process all over again!! Got told that they haven't even receive my assignments. BUT, i received two marks. I resubmitted all assignments and until today I have not receive any more information about this. I do not even know whether I passed or failed any of the assignments.
I have been trying to get my certificate and diploma for 3 years now!!
I received a call about a month ago, saying they will investigate and see where my certificate is, but as always I have had no response from them!
I really valued Damelin when I started with them, now I wouldn't recommend them for my worst enemy!
