It saddens me that these people are in control of our future.
Deciding when they want to answer a phone is totally unacceptable. I have been phoning all day around the clock and NOBODY even picked up. YOU know annoying it is to listen to a occupied sound or ringing the whole time?! apparently I have an outstanding amount of R619 that popped out 2 days ago. for MONTHS nothing has been said about it and today when I actually had a chance to go on to myuinsa I get a big fat surprise that I will not be getting my results.
UNISA must clean up their act. It is horrific. 2 e-mails, 50 phone calls, 4 faxes and NOTHING.
Now I have to wait till next year and this wasn't even my fault.
Wish they were as passionate about our education as they are about not answering a phone!! & then I look at the history of the complaints - THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY TO THE COMPLIANTS.

disappointed is not even the word...
