PATHETIC SERVICE - FIRST TIME STUDENT

On the 5th of DECEMBER I had applied for a post graduate diploma in Financial Accounting, and till date I have received no communication from Unisa what's so ever. On several occasions I have contacted Unisa telephonically and nobody was "'willing and able" to assist me. I was transferred to different departments each time, with nobody efficient enough to answer the phone and do their job!!! I also sent in several emails... and of course nobody responds! The status of my application states : ''awaiting at handling section'"... Am I suppose to know what that means? Really now? I do not feel that is fair that I wait for over 2 months and still not receive any feedback. Is this how Unisa operates? Is this the service that I should expect to receive in the future???
