I had a library block reflecting on my account before I wrote my exams (January) and was told that I would be able to write examinations. Not ONCE was it mentioned to me that I would have to pay to reinstate subjects due to a library block. I have sent e-mails to enquire as to how much the block is as I can not pay until I know the amount- I have had no answer. have just logged on to MyUnisa to see my exam results, but they are blocked because of 'outstanding fees' and now my balance due has gone from R00.00 to R1560.00. I can not register, nothing.
I refuse to pay R1560.00 to have UNISA click a button to reinstate my fees when I owe them a small fee of who knows how much (not me). If I had known there were any study fees outstanding, I would certainly have paid it. The phone just keeps ringing when I phone the Regions number/ Fee's number.
Ridiculous.
