I register to study through Unisa last year for Education part time, got a sms with student number via sms and email. after lots of trouble and asking for help they keep telling me when i phone go check on line for help (what is the point of a helpline then??? I send them a mail in January and got a out of office, just asking when i would start and what i would need. 2 weeks later they forward the mail for someone els, still with no answer. Yesterday (31 Jan 2013) i got mail back telling me they all ready started meaning i must register again. How can they ask for people to study and not helping them with small details. I cant study education anywhere els but Unisa and right now I dont feel like go Through it all again.
