I went to Unisa, JHB branch on Wednesday, the 06th of February 2013 because the status of my qualification said "Qualification Incomplete". The ladies, who were assisting me from Unisa, told me to drive to Pretoria, because they had no idea why the status was not updated. The one even said she had to wait for 5years for hers to be updated. Anyway, I decided to contact Unisa, (College of Education) and what a pleasant surprise I had when Mr Shabangu picked up the phone as I was despondent and frustrated. He was knowledgeable, polite and competent. I just received a call from him advising of the outstanding documents that need to be submtted. I am so delighted and cannot believe the level of service excellence I received from him. Even though my query is not fully resolved, I have no doubt soon, thank you Mr Shabangu you are one in a million and I hope your colleaugues could be like you.
