It is now more than 3 months since I wrote my LADEMSJ module for the Postgraduate Certificate in Education. I am still awaiting my result! I have emailed UNISA before they closed for 2012 and did not receive any response other than an automated response. I visited the Roodepoort campus the 2nd day after UNISA officially opened again. It was indicated that I need to contact Professor M van Wyk as my exam was apparently received late and not yet marked -should be marked as soon as he is back from leave. I send an email on 30 January again to UNISA and till today only received once again an automated response. I contacted Professor M van Wyk a few times and he was very helpful. However, it seems some how my exam is missing in action. I don't understand why UNISA don't have a proper auditing process to follow up on outstanding results! How can a result be outstanding for 3 months? I have received distinctions for all 9 my other modules during 2012. I only need this one module to complete my PGCE. I am currently appointed in a school governing body position. The principal is also frustrated as she would prefer to apply for a department appointment which requires PGCE.
