I've sent numerous emails to UNISA regarding my application which I manually submitted in September, to find out the progress thereof since registration has commenced, needless to mention that all my attempts were all in vain *Pathetic*

Even went to their branch in Johannesburg CBD and the only record they had was my prior incomplete application of years back for a BTECH qualification which was never persuade, the lady that was supposedly "assisting" me couldn't careless about my issue but was rather rude and inattentive.

Is it honestly that hard to attain a level of formal education that will be self funded? I'm highly disappointed in UNISA and its staff in general and to make matters worse there isn't even a call center medium to contact to query matters of this sort, since they couldn't be bothered to attending or even replying to their mail boxes, except sending you an automated response.
