I attempted to apply for admission to register for further studies at Unisa in Aug 2013 on their website [URL Removed]
The only communication I received was that the application will be processed.
On Numerous occasions I sent the followup emails with only receiving a standard automated reposnse.
It is now registration period but I cannot proceed until the admission has been resolved.
Please assist urgently.
PS this is really bad show from Unisa. There is no contact center and you keep on sending emails and sms without having any human response.
I would really be ashamed is I was in charge of this admin process at Unisa.
