Terrible Service from Unisa - Unorganized

I applied to UNISA 2 months ago and they did not send me any type of confirmation till today the 13th of November 2013. I decided to take matters into my own hands as they are terribly inefficient to notify applicants on they status of their application. I went to the University (Durban Branch) and spoke to a unhelpful and rude lady who told me that there are absolutely no details of me on the system. Not even a name. She refused to offer any help to rectify the problem and had a terrible attitude. I paid a R100 fee for my application therefore Unisa should deliver. The registration commences on the 25th of November which gives me absolutely no peace of mind whether I'm accepted or not. Unisa is an internationally recognised institution but their student service is pathetic. If Unisa does not give me a reply before registration I will definitely take legal measures out on them.
