Okay, so I've already given up hope studying with Unisa, but I thought maybe, just maybe someone will respond to this complaint.
I have been trying to get into contact with someone for a few years now regarding an application I've been having trouble with, but it seems no one from unisa cares about their students.
I'm really frustrated with the lack of response and it frustrates me even more reading all the complaints and seeing no response. I honestly have no idea how unisa has built such a good reputation with a history of terrible service.
I have already chosen another institution to study with as I already know there will be no response from unisa.
