Registration Mess Up and Nothing is done

I registered online on 21 December and everything went well. However, I was registering for a degree which required permission from the art department and, while I had obtained this permission, there was nowhere to upload it on the site. I received a query from the Art Department for it and sent it on to them. Then - nothing. I phoned and discovered that I had been registered for the LLB and not the BA (02305-MV1) even though I was registered for art modules. Multiple phone calls later and I was told to resend my registration form and permission slip which I did on 14 January. And... nothing. I phoned many more multiple times and still nothing. I'm then told to pay the fee, which I can't do as it says I'm not registered and the Financial Department don't answer (I redialled for an entire day). Registration ended on 25 January, I received an email stating that I have until 8 February to pay, but no one who said that they would update my registration has done so. And now I can't get hold of anyone on any of the other numbers. My last resort is to go to campus... hopefully they can help me.
