Registration shambles!

I am hugely disappointed with and frustrated by Unisa's registration process.

I submitted my registration on 7 January 2013 for a BCom Business Management. I waited the obligatory 2 weeks, following which I received an email from Unisa saying that my Matric certificate was outstanding. I was successfully registered for a BSc Honours course there 8 years ago, so I'm not sure how they don't have this - nevertheless, I sent the certificate through to them (I won't go into detail on how difficult this was!).

If I check my registration status online it still says "Awaiting outstanding documentation". I phoned Unisa a number of times, during which they confirmed that they had received my certificate, but still my registration is not finalised!

Finally this morning I spoke to someone in the BCom college who said that they will now process my registration, and it may take a while. I had submitted my registration over 3 weeks ago! When I asked why it is taking so long, and if it affects my ability to submit my first assignments, I was met with silence and eventually a her basically saying that it is my problem.

For one of the largest global universities, this is disgusting!!!
