I tried registering on the website and was unsure of the code for my studies, I sent an email to unisa as well as the CTA support help on the website, the deadline for registration was the 15th and till today I have not received any email to my request and also I tried called the numbers on the website for registration and admission it just rings then gets engaged, There is no help from your staff so how are we to register on time,
I request immediate help, as I have email proof stating I need help before the 15th and my email was acknowledged by Unisa but no response to my question was given.
