I am disgusted with what I have read about Intec! I absolutely 100% regret registering with them!!! I have seen countless complaints from various websites (including 'Intec ')-google it... And I have spoken to a few people. everyone has similar stories and all are purely just complaints!!!
I registered with Intec in Dec, and paid for two courses in full, with a promise of a Tablet included for the december special. I paid R16000 in FULL.They said I should wait 21 days for study material.
I have still not received material, and NOT ONE single person has contacted me with any info. Yet they were so over eager and always communicating with me BEFORE I paid the money. After I paid, everyone vanished.
I don't even want to continue with Intec now, because 99% of feedback from people on various websites are NEGATIVE!!!
I would like to get a FULL refund, but after reading all the stories, I suppose it will be long and difficult and I will have to go through the small Claims Court.
Intec gives 'sample replies' and only do something when court is involved!!! SHOCKING SERVICE!
