The service you get now when you call you Unisa's specified numbers for each department as the call centre has closed down is either a call that is never answered or when answered they tell you the problem will be sorted out, thereafter a few days later you still at square one. So I tried emailing the department and oh wow what an experience that was! Out of the 5 emails I sent only one was answered and when it was answered it required a response from me and ofcourse I still havent heard back from them 3 emails later.
For me Unisa is placed as an International University, why is that their level of service is never the same of those international universities worldwide?!
Its absolutely ridiculous as I am a paying customer and deserve to be treated with atleast efficiency! Its not fun spending your whole month going in circles with one situation.
Unisa better think of some way of improving their service because it doesnt seem like they are of an international standard at all!
