I am currently in my final year of studies through UNISA and have for the last month been trying to pay my study fees. The call center is not operational, my emails have not been answered and telephone numbers to the various departments go unanswered. All that I require from the college is a final amount owing on my bill! This is a serious and ongoing problem with UNISA - the lack of service delivery is absolutely shocking. Something really needs to be done about their poor lack of communication and lack of student administration assistance and support.
