I find Unisa's teaching departments excellent and the teachers are very willing to help.
But when it comes to the servicing departments, it is a nightmare.
Why have a phone number if it never gets answered. Why have an email address when your query is mostly ignored.
I see many many many unanswered queries to Unisa, on your website.
Maybe it is time to contact the principal, Prof Makhanya and tell him what is going on. Maybe he will respond to some of the queries.
If Unisa carries on like this - there are international Universities with offices in S.A.. How about changing to one of them?
