Unisa
Payment made but registration not finalised

I have been trying for days on end to get unisa to resolve my query they hqve done nothing but sent me from one department to the next telephone no just rings and emails are not answered i have made payment but still my registration has nit been finalised have sent through proof of payment several tyms but ths stil is not enough the service at unisa is pathetic and leaves alot to be desired! Should my registration not be finalised in time i will hold unisa solely and completely responsible for staggering my learning and i will take further action as a a university students should be given a good experience not a nightmare!
