I have emailed UNISA at [email protected] twice now and have just sent another email.
It is so typical of UNISA that they treat their students with such utter disrespect that they do not respond to students.
We can no longer call a call centre and actually speak to someone. Instead we have to send emails and SMS's that are NEVER ANSWERED. Despite the uselessness of the call centre at least you could reach UNISA.
This is just rude and bad manners!
Show us some common courtesy.
